Dear Selection Committee,

Thank you for considering me to be your next Scout Executive. 

Scouting has been my life since I was six years old. As an Eagle Scout, a Scout parent, a Scoutmaster and den leader, and a professional for 26 years, I've seen the tremendous positive and transformative impact that our mission has on the lives of families. Our job is critically important today and we need to do everything we can to grow the resources to expand Scouting's impact. 

If selected, I will work diligently with you to help secure a brighter future for families served by Green Mountain Council. 

Hopefully you'll get a sense for who I am and the experience I bring to help achieve our goals. I can't wait to get to know each of you and learn how we can work together to exceed our vision for success.
